The Windward Choral society invites you to celebrate “Frozen Friday”, our 8th annual Holiday concert. With special guests the Marine Forces Pacific Band, Margaret Lloyd on the grand pipe organ of Central Union Church and other surprises, it’s a “pau hana” filled with the Christmas Spirit. As always we’re thrilled to bring you music of the season from all over the world. There will be conga drums, a Chanukah composition in both Hebrew and English, a traditional carol from the Phillipines and much more. In addition to a spectacular three-movement work accompanied by a full brass section and a choral suite from the hit Disney film “Frozen”, there will also be traditional carols and popular tunes that we hope you will add your voices to! Put on your best Mel Torme and and join in.
