“Joy to the World” 14th Annual Holiday Concert
’Tis the season to sing! Come as you are and help us celebrate the season in song! “Home for the Holidays” will feature the 100 voices of the Windward Choral Society, guest singers, Artistic Director Susan McCreary Duprey, Collaborative Pianist Thomas Yee, and Guest Artist Kepa Stern.
Featured works this fall season include newly composed Hawaiian choral music by Herb Mahelona as well as Hawaiian choral arrangements by Justin Ka‘upu and Dorothy Gillett. Holiday selections will include pieces like Christmas Time is Here, Sleigh Ride, and The Christmas Song. To top it off, the audience will get to join in and sing along to a few familiar Christmas carols. Bring the entire family and enjoy this free community holiday event! Donations are appreciated.
