Welcome to “Windward Notes”, the latest addition to our little corner of the internet that will be appear as part of the News section of the site. We hope this blog will become a place you visit often to find out what’s happening, a source for things you might find interesting (or thought-provoking or informative or funny or just plain odd) and we encourage you to add a comment when the mood strikes you. Trust me when I tell you that you will never know what to expect when you stop by.

Of course, a little housekeeping first. The words in the “Windward Notes” blog are those of the author and do not reflect the views or opinions of the Windward Choral Society, its Board of Directors, its members and pretty much anyone else on the planet who didn’t actually write them. There is no intent to defame, injure or humiliate anyone and if I fail at that I apologize in advance. Comments are welcome and encouraged but will not be included until they are reviewed by the author. Be nice, no foul language, pretend you’re speaking to your grandparents. The author is not a professional writer and is simply a volunteer (chances are it would be a lot more interesting if we hired a pro, but hey…we’re a non-profit).
